Over the years I have seen many,many BO's....

That I followed.No two are quite the same.That said,in regards to TMDI,I will throw this out there...MDT does NOT want another 77.00 MZOR runaway stock that dropped down to 42 range only to be bought at 58.00

If feel TMDI will not be over 5.00 per share come BO time.That is my guess and see all the milestones being hit.Once hit,and MDT is comfortable with filing for 510k it can do that under their name.

I can site many companies here but post will get nixed.Everyone has their own opinion. 5.4 billion was the price my ARIA was bought,closed,and awarded FDA approval -Months.......after the deal closed.Takeda bought us with the FDA approval outstanding awaiting the decision.

That is an example of not having to finish the game.Just be ahead by many runs in the ninth inning and the game gets stopped.Jmho
