Their EPS last quarter was -.01. It is definitely trending towards positive recently but trends are by nature yesterday’s news. Is there a figure that you are basing this $1+ that their earnings support?

On the note of the DOJ lawsuit, I think this hurts the chances of a settlement anytime soon. I believe they will request an extension or otherwise try to delay smaller suits until this bigger one plays out since it would shakeup the makeup on the company so greatly. Taking it further, if they are able to tie an extension or appeal to this DOJ suit, it may move this nlst and goog timeline WAY out. I do see both sides where it could be a “get those suits settled so we can go all in on this big DOJ case” but the downside of an extension with any relation to that case frightens me.
