SPECIAL DIVIDEND

After not paying a special dividend out early this year due to "uncertainty", I think they may want to rethink that before year end. Ten cents special dividend, or maybe a multiple of that, makes sense in their environment.

The video you shared yesterday referenced the very large county order that was posted on the other board, plus the analysis that followed. GOAT
