I suspect Andrew is upset with Petar (it was stated by "chiphldr" on the Lumbertalk blog that Andrew was pissed at Petar for the mess he has made of this thing) because he didn't go ahead and post the infamous AFs that had been dummied up to hugely inflate the price and make them all even filthier rich than they already were by selling unregistered or unauthorized shares in huge numbers through nominee accounts in the names of other people, who may or may not have realized they were being used to facilitate fraudulent manipulation of the stock; not to mention that PV and AD and others were very likely also shorting the stock in huge numbers through Canadian brokerage houses when the price was high, with no intention of ever covering, thus making another huge amount of money. The potential amount of profits made by the "bad actors" is astounding if you consider the various ways they probably traded this thing. It is my opinion from what I've read and seen here that Petar just got cold feet at the last minute and realized he would likely go to jail if he posted those AFs because he knew all along they were falsified, at the very least, and from what I've heard, his buddy at Kore, Omar Syed, probably concocted the numbers and prepared the financial statement and pro forma posted on the corporate website. What remains to be seen is exactly who directed Syed to do so. The truth will come out in the regulatory wash.
