They did NOT issue 600 million shares! When they merged with Loftwerks, there was already 500 million shares outstanding that they assumed. It was all part of the deal. If you take a close look, you will see that there was really not that much dillution going on. They retired 75 million last week and we are now at 725 AS with 610 OS and more shares going into the treasury in the future.
