Wolf, the complaint by the Ontario Securities Commission was dated December 27. However, Petar had told Airys a few days ago that he had received a "letter" from OSC and had until Jan. 6 to respond. Then we learned there was a hearing on Jan. 8. Oddly, Airys says that Petar told two days ago that he hadn't even been served with the complaint from the OSC, but I just don't believe that. Airys read it to him. I believe Petar just didn't want to have to address with Airys the allegations against him contained there, and felt the way to get around that was say that he hadn't seen it.

There was a temporary signed by OSC on Dec. 22 to halt trading in Ontario; however, I know that some up there traded last week. Since I haven't seen that order, it may have only applied to company principals who owned shares. That is unclear at this point since as far as I know we haven't been made privy to that Dec. 22 order.
