So true, but ocean front or near ocean front condo in Miami area are toast for a few years. Other ocean near or front that still makes sense. Over 5 years you can't beat it. Just don't know what 5 years. Plus, you invest and don't pay much attention and there are no Boards to watch. Duh, maybe a good thing?

Maybe in 2010 I'll look smart again and then come and blow some on Pinkie investing, not investing, but trading as someone so astutely said.

I don't have many posts left, but to the person who asked what team. Jax is short for Jacksonville, as in the Raiders beat the Jets in NY. Er, maybe the same percentages of that happening and my getting my SLJB investment back? LOL
