Wolf, you are so right. I forgot the trade part on SLJB.

Should have taken my 70% gain, and sat on sidelines. I need something to wake me up once in a while. Expensive wakeup call. Oh well back to RE investing. Maybe good time to get back in, in late 1999 I sold all my equities and bought ocean RE. Everybody thought I was nuts becuase the market was going to a jillion. I worked for a tellco and see the insanity. Looks like another moment in time for cheap RE, hold for another five years and then I go to Bonds and clip coupons like other old people.
