ENDP acquires BSTC for $88.50 cash—a 44% premium to Friday’s close:

The nominal deal value is $540M.

Based on a 2004 collaboration, ENDO has been marketing Xiaflex and Quo and paying sales royalties to BSTC, so today’s transaction is essentially a financial consolidation.
