Actually I have 30 years of Biotech/Biotech stock experience, and patents and US grants under my belt.

Show me a phase III drug trial where this (1)was true for the Phase III stage?

(1) "orphan drugs are funded by government grants in conjunction with university testing and modeling"

Cytr got private estate funding for early stage work, put printed a lot of shares to pay for Phase II and III. going back to 2008. I lost track of it, and interest about 2018.

Except for Covid19 panic funding of every thing that moved this year?

Now if they pull of a #Covid19 PR, I will be over the ask in seconds LOLOL
