I got an announcement about that by snail mail yesterday.
Voting started on 10 October.

Sounds like Pennsylvania has some problems. I guess I'm a bit old fashioned and skeptical, because I still prefer to vote in person. Almost like a friendly neighborhood get together in the small town I now live in.
