PLTR had approximately 1.1635 billion Class A tradable shares outstanding at listing and has 1.16 billion as of Friday. While I understand what you are trying to get at, it is not dilution, or every time there is a sale the world would call it dilution. Not the case. This happens to be employees selling up to 20% of their available Class A shares to make their profit at a higher PPS than they either bought or received. That can cause the price to reduce if there are not willing buyers to match.
