UGHHHH.. Ok so were all on the same page that it isnt dilution. Just a dilution like effect of a direct offering. We also have to understand that these shares are free money to these employees. They have no vested interest in this stock other than face value. They have no skin in the game here. If my bonus last year was 20,000 shares and I can trade 20% of them now, new car or boat or party with Hunter Biden for 12 minutes. Im just sayin!
