“If it's technology is good, DPLS will be ok.“

Here’s the thing. He hasn’t been able to sell $1 worth of his essentially unchanged “technology” in the 10 years he has been trying.

Meanwhile the OS has been diluted from 90,000,000 shares to 3,200,000,000 shares...and the convertible debt has not really been reduced in any meaningful way.

The fact he made the AS 20,000,000,000 should be indication enough that a hell of a lot more dilution is coming.

And that will require an RS at some point.
