That is all pure speculation. There is no way to have any idea what shares might be issued at for a valuation since we don’t know anything about their financials, other than they have a ton of debt and commitments.

$350M isn’t a lot of debt for Spiber but Kim looking to raise up to $24M is excessive? Got it
