Yes, it's mine opinion based on about S1 offerings that I've been involved in over the last couple of dozen years. Never had a winner, mostly because they are preceeded by a REVERSE SPLIT!

But, we are in a Covid environment for at least the next 18 months to 2 years and EVERYTHING is working at a crawl PACE with ALL Government Departments.

What concerns me the most and should be consider by ALL longs is that most S1's, the offering is for UNRESTRICTED COMMON SHARES.

With a 2B AS, depending on the final share price of the offering, that 2B AS and it's OS, would be consumed faster than a commercial ROCK CRUSHER!

Either way, any S1 WILL dilute the COMMON SHAREHOLDERS.
