it's possible that the principals decided a public company was too much of a pain going forward and then decided to take the stock for what they could get with no intention of developing the company further. the Suljas may have thought they had sold out and were done with it but DeVries may have said he wasn't managing it and it'll sit there and blow away or get covered with snow if the Suljas didn't get back in actively again. it seems there was a change of plan shortly after Petar became CEO and began asserting himself. a good bet is that DeVries thought Petar would do as told since Petar is on the Kore board but Petar may have began walking on the wild side in Andrew's opinion. with that, it appears the plan crumbled and here we are with the Suljas trying to pick the pieces up. a good guess is that the legal reach will go back to Andrew.
