Anyone who receives a Wells notice from the SEC gets it before any allegations are made public. According to another poster who spoke with someone at SEC, they have had many complaints about SLJB but I don't know if they have instituted an investigation. I was told by someone who may or may not know that they had indeed been investigating but that they had turned their information over to the RCMP, which was pursuing "bigger fish". The truth of that statement and what it may mean remains to be seen. Frankly, I would find it very hard to believe that the SEC is not investigating the company's trading given the firestorm of criticism which has appeared over the past month or two.
The important thing is not to stop questioning.
