OS contains many things. They contain restricted and prefered shares, and everything. Float is the tradable common shares. Low float, few shares out to trade. OS can also contain shares tin escrow that are not being used. OS contains many things. OS can be 50 billion, but if the Float only has 100 shares the price old be insane because there would only be 100 shares to buy.
