[SMART MONEY], with the PUGE AS & OS...

PUGE filed an Amendment listed as the 8-K/A referring to the Authorized Shares (AS) being 2,990,000,000 shares:

Some are thinking that this is a new increase hinting that new dilution is coming, but that's not the case. It was done back on April 11, 2019 and was done to make room to cover for the old dilution that was talked about as the overhang that already happened that ceased in Oct 2017. This is why the CEO mentioned to some that the OS and the share structure is the same as it was since 2017.

In my opinion, the 8-Ks filed with the SEC were done so to set the record straight with the SEC in preparation for them to submit their updated audited financials. This air needed to be cleared before their audited financials came out.

Again, the CEO mentioned to some that the Outstanding Shares (OS) and the share structure is the same as was since 2017. The 8-K stated that the shares converted added 1,483,014,864 shares to the OS:

The 10-Q filed as of July 31, 2013 accounts for 42,500,000 shares for being the OS before those shares were issued:

So... that means that through logical deduction, the OS should be...

1,483,014,864 shares + 42,500,000 shares = 1,525,514,864 shares

I actually had guessed that it was higher, but from actually sitting down to do the math, I think 1,525,514,864 shares could be the actual OS and is really not a bad number for the company moving forward. There have been quite a few companies with far higher numbers for an OS that still ran to the pennies. The future substance being delivered here with PUGE will dictate. I think this 8-K is a good start to clear the air and set the record straight.

I'm inclined that they are not taking these precautions to get current for nothing. The company doesn't seem like the pumping type as there is a lot more they could of done if their intentions were to truly pump this. This is why I'm inclined to believe that they really could have something of huge substance when they stated... "Stand by to be amazed by what we are up to."... indicated below from their website:
