Well, maybe things is getting a bit tough in slinging legal crap for shady penny stocks these days?

So, Bill Aul, the world renowned GIFX Securities Lawyer is now selling his signature for verifying unaudited financials of .0001 scams?

I thought he was so busy with the multi-billion dollar business og GIFX that he had no time for such other foolishness. GIFX must not pay that well (if at all).

EXACTLY !! I'd say that's the "Reader's Digest" version of "THE BIG CON" aka GIFA-CON to put it mildly :)

(PS: The "company" for which Aul penned that ltr in June 2020, it's a "NO-BID" as of today. "No inside Bid X 1" on the OTC and a Yield sign - real top shelf "companies" he's helping peddle their toilet paper, eh !)


Oh, AND Billy Aul dropped what was clearly touted for years as his "main office" costing all of what, maybe $500 a month or whatever - some micro "suite" down some narrow hallway - I guess due to the ole "cost cutting" and "consolidation" measures, CAUSE BUSINESS MUST BE BOOMING ?????

And instead, Aul moves himself in to the virtual office/co-location of not only supposed "GIFA USA Inc" but a looooong list of the supposed "USA Headquarters" for a whole smattering of total garbage grade penny plays from "Canadian gold mining scams" to just about every kind of OTC bottom dragger that ever was.

ALL are now vanished or NO-Bid specials - which I'd say is soon to be the fate of GIFA-CON, given the track record of Aul and that "office address" (suite 207, Hotel Circle North, blah blah San Diego) as faux headquarters for all these dirty shell plays (almost always NV filed by the way- imagine that????).

Yeah- the GIFA-CON saga just gets better and better and better, eh :)

GIFA-CON: A self proclaimed "$BILLION DOLLAR GLOBAL CONGLOMERATE" as your client- and you're busy penning "SEC opinion letters" for .000X per share ONE MAN shell scam OTC specials (ONE GUY is literally listed as CEO, Treasurer, CFO and I think the janitor in that Aul ltr)

A supposed "SEC EXPERT" attorney's latest "client(s)" are OTC bottom dragger specials w/ 6 BILLION shares of toilet paper outstanding - tells me all I need to know :)

You know, just when he's not helping his $BILLION DOLLAR GLOBAL CONGLOMERATE list of clients LOL :)

Don't most LAW FIRMS (meaning many numerous attorneys "in house" under one roof - or even at several locations across the country) don't they typically make enough coin off of ONE, ONE "$BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY" to support an entire law practice- meaning several attorneys at a minimum + paralegals + support staff + in-house CPA's on staff, tax attorneys too, etc??

How can Aul not be prospering IMMENSELY representing a "$BILLION DOLLAR GLOBAL CONGLOMERATE" (GIFA INC, NV aka GIFA-CON) which claims to trade and ship petroleum by the tanker ship full, operate a deep sea fishing fleet, operate 5-star hotel resorts and casinos, own and operate an airline and a major theme park and a banking/finance division and huge lending division and NOW "cryptocurrency" initial coin offering (AN ICO per SEC bust terms) w/ "debit cards and banking" promises also?????

HOW, HOW can Aul not be soooo buried in GIFA-CON LEGAL WORK - that he'd not have a minute in a day left to pen some OTC garbage grade worthless "opinion ltr" for some un-audited pile of crap .000X bottom dragger ???

What are we missing here folks - the "story" of GIFA-CON does not add up to put it mildly. NOT EVEN CLOSE ???????
