As an "Accelerated Filer", according to the SEC listings, we can expect the 10-K within 75 days of the end of this year and the 4th qtr. 10-Q before that at 40 days after the end of the year. these intervals as specified under the revised deadlines for filing periodic reports

We should see "WMIH and its subsidiaries" accounted for in that 10-K and I assume in the 4th qtr. 10-Q also? Which means we should see some action by the end of the year IMO. (who knows we may become a large accelerated filer after that
