good morning,

Both the death cross and the golden cross carry a lot of weight for me as a simple get in /get out indicator.

The investor attitude of "i made a mistake and will take my loss" seems to me what is happening. No one likes a loss but its easier to swallow aa small loss then get locked in with a large loss. Right now it is a steady drip of investors selling.

My fear is that the slow leak will will accelerate with time especially that we are now in the fourth quarter and many investors might have large profits to offset.

The group of investors that bought at $8.0 in the recent offering can not be happy. There is the larger group of investors that bought Andy Sealfons stock and have seen their profit almost cut in half. Do they take money off the take or wait? Too many people looking to the exit.

There can also be margin calls and shorting going on.

Price evaluation is difficult, even with a great story such as KRMD, against a market heading south
