from Market Makers .. snicker .. working *against* PTOI since 2010
including the SEC's wrist slaps for those getting *caught* .. but
what actually matters in 2020/2021 .. remains actual P2O investors
(1000s) many of whom have never sold one PTOI *share* .. which is
why so many NR colluding entities are UPSIDE DOWN .. and why *volume*
and now *trades* matter .. NRs' dilemma remains P2O's ability to execute
and their first sale/s
