+1000 readings this early in the day and one would expect the dow to be green. Not only is the NYSE getting some big program buys but also the nas. I show 5 OMM's so far.I don't think it's people moving these markets with these large swings in the tick. But, more that with program buying being more than 40% of all shares traded we are seeing programs being able to influence the markets to move where they want thenm to go.
