I just found out today myself of the filing. One of the shareholders brought it to my attention. I appreciate them doing this

You appreciate a penny stock failed company with a history of regulatory violations going dark and now purposely leaving their duped shareholders holding shares with zero current information ?

This gets better by the minute.

Oh...and BTW....legit and responsible companies that have shareholders have an obligation to provide their equity holders with current information.....not cut them off.

Only scam operations and company owners of low moral fiber do otherwise.
