Looks like DPLS is gonna need the help of a strong PR or filing.

Folks have been pumping, pumping but DPLS seems to be fading.

It needs some assistance to bring in more folks.

Add it all up >> all remaining 17,000,000,000 AS will be converted and sold. There aren't enough OTC traders around to buy into that -- and as the company is pretty much broke -- O'Leary admitted he has to seek more financing to keep them lights on. After the reverse split, the dilution starts all over again. This "new and improved" pump was dead on arrival the moment it started.
