$PMD is really letting an excellent acquisition slip away and get more expensive over time. PMD will recover eventually... they've been around for over 30 years with a ton of ups and downs.

Debt is super cheap and low interest right now so I imagine if it were $PMD or anyone else they would issue bonds to pay for acquiring $PCHM
