Back in the day, people didn't live so long. Back in the day, the issues we face today didn't exist. Back in the day, did people have a different set of values?
Some of the issues the SC takes up these days would be better served being decided by referendum. The Constitution does say something about "by the people, for the people" doesn't it?
It seems a bit off that one person can decide the lives/fate/health of millions of people who are in the majority on an issue.
I really don't care what Constitutional law decides about subjects such as health care or abortion.
