That is funny(ceo). I can tell you from experience(being in the land development arena), that a contract is not done, until it is fully executed, and fully funded. That seems to be the part Petar is having a hard time with. I have also dealt with Middle Eastern investment groups, and again, from my experience, they will enter into a contract rather quickly, only then to do their due dilligence to see if it is something that is as good as it sounds. They are also not afraid to lose their earnest money to back out if they are uncomfortable. This has just been my experience, not trying to stereotype. Overall very good people to deal with, very buisness saavy. BTW, I've already got the ceo title, and it is not all it's cracked up to be;) It's a fancy title, I tell people I am also the courier:) Our company is private though, and that is nice.
