It never changes... with the exception of the time Martin Holland sued Codelco and the State. But unfortunately WE caved in too early and for way too little based on a verbal from the government. We didn't get anything in writing laying out the "new" terms/benefits... similar to how YOU feel right now with the wispy mysterious Codelco MOU that no one can define or quantify or monetize or schedule for YOU.
