I did yesterday after the "mock-up" was posted for the sign. Obviously he could not tell me specifics but was definitely open about things. He made it seem as though the sign was going up on the building this week and possibly today. He stated financials for Q3 will be released by 11-15. And are really pushing to complete them before the 11-15 due date. He said it is important they get the financials together as soon as possible because they are in contact with several different paths of getting back off the grey sheets.
