(RVNC/ABBV)—…‘microsphere’ is almost certainly misleading. HAp tends to form acicular crystals even at micron scale. If the particles are amorphous, then might be different matter but I suspect that crystallization is on order of weeks to months. Not sure I’d want that going on in my face.

Can you elaborate on the above? I do not understand exactly what you are saying. TIA

Radiesse, a HAp product with no HAc, has a long duration of action, but it results in hard bumpy feel. That’s why almost no one uses it anymore.
