Who exactly would those shares be forfeited too ? Who would have control of those forfeited shares in this fairytale spin ? Why would that even need to happen when you didnt even need to own shares to be a part of the class action ? You just had to prove you bought shares during the class period . But cool desperation spinning as i know the good authority has no answers to the questions .
