I understand the frustration !

Hey CH...new products. Anything 'new' is untried and untrue until it isn't. I just hope this company does not only have the trademark but something to put on the shelf....newly manufactured or attained thru acquisitions.

Little known at this time. It is critical and the CEO knows it that something of substance in the new arena has to be shouted from the tallest building.
