Hey 'peeker,

I figured this would be the time to take advantage of our transparency, and see if any significant changes have occurred in out capital structure. Here is the old one.

Capital Structure as of October 4, 2006
A/S ~~~~~~~~~> 100,ooo,ooo
O/S ~~~~~~~~~> 81,774,703
restricted ~~~~~> 35,806,158
float ~~~~~~~~~> 45,968,545

Now, I must admit that I have waited a tad bit long to check up on it, but then again, don't mess with something if it ain't broken, right? lol

First thing I did was check with the Nevada SOS since the Ta is kinda clueless about changes in the A/S. A few clicks later we learn that Tara is active, and the A/S remains unchanged at 100,ooo,ooo .. .. .. whew. Thank goodness for small miracles!

Second call was to Holladay. I take a good look at any stock that uses Holladay because they are 100% transparent.... not just the o/s, but the restricted as well ( if you speak to sharon, that is... since she is sweet and patient enough to load the other screen ). Here ya go:

Capital Structure as of December 29, 2006
A/S ~~~~~~~~~> 100,ooo,ooo
O/S ~~~~~~~~~> 81,925,953
restricted ~~~~~> 24,484,276
float ~~~~~~~~~> 57,441,677

Whew. Another miracle. The o/s has only gone up a miniscule 151,250 shares!

Now, we see that the float has gone up because of conversion of the restricted, but looking at the glass as 1/2 full, I'm pleased to see that the overhang has now been reduced by 1/3rd.

Now I can have a Happy Tara New Year. Rich has shown exactly how to properly manage the capital structure in order to create a win/win situation for the company, and investors alike.
