The logo says “Healthe by Lighting Science. Lighting Science also changed their facebook page to Healthe Inc. I think they are just making this their main focus now, but I am aware they are non a reporting company which isn’t ideal. When I reached out a couple years back they told me the reason for this was the expenses associated with doing so.

As for Pegasus they have always been associated with LSCG. Interestingly, they used to have the lighting science logo on their website, and have since changed it to the “Healthe by Lighting Science” logo. As I stated previously, I think Healthe is simply their main focus now and they are advertising as such. Some corporate updates would be very much welcome though. It would be nice to know the % stake in Healthe they have, which is actually why I asked if anyone has been able to get a hold of IR.
