Good afternoon board. I have just returned within the half hour from the Delaware Court of Chancellery located in Wilmington DE.
I (and of coarse, representing counsel), am attempting to file a motion, for an injunction to be heard by Judge Leo Strine, on January 11, 2007. In the Delaware Court of Chancellery.
This injunction, is to prohibit WW Energy Inc. from amending it's certificate of incorporation, with the Delaware Secretary of State, known as a "Restated certificate of incorporation", for the next 60 days from the date of (hopefully) granted, injunction.
What this action gives us (my partners and I), is two things right now. Well three, if you count my third thought. Make no mistake this is considered a hostile business action, in the eyes of the court and among investors.
1. By imposing an injunction, WW Energy Inc. can not "covertly" raise their Authorized Share Count in the next sixty days. Much like they did on 5-22-06. Asset transferal is something I can not halt at present time. Working on it though.
2. We finally get to meet the lawyers representing WW Energy Inc., and find out who they are. This will occur when they show in court to argue the motion. I have only been asking them (WWNG) for about a month and a half now, to put me in touch with the company attorneys. No such luck. (All I asked them for was the Delaware attorneys representing them too, I didn't even care about New Mexico or Texas TA's lawyers.)
3. Now we will finally get a truthful PR from WW Energy Inc. It will probably read in the nature of the following :
"WWNG has entered in legal proceedings in Delaware court"
Ok... WWNG Post Board, Give it to me straight....
Am I crazy now ?
If WWNG goes sub penny in next 9 trading days, watch out then baby.
