just to let you know - I fail to understand why anything but complete removal is the clear constitutional choice

changing HERA is not a political statement - maybe for you - but not by law and precedent

reading a lack of death in the way HERA is written is not convoluted just because it is not the way you read it



contracts - agreements - laws - have been in front of judges millions of times precisely because language most often can legitimately be read two or more ways
