IMO There’s no reason for the RS at this point! Liquidity is more important until they have at least a few sells contracts sign or financings in place or partnership announced! But name change will taking care naked short sellers if there’s any. New CEO will bring some buying Volume IMO with clear Company direction! $GHHC
