Fivet owns its stake via another entity, Sonostro Holding AG - i.e. that direct owner is owned by Fivet Capital Holding AG. This relationship is what makes FiveT an indirect owner. I'll try my best to explain.

Direct Owner:

Ownership Percentage: 75% or more

But wait, who owns that Direct Owner? Ah, that's important too!!!

Indirect Owners
FIVET CAPITAL HOLDING AG

This says specifically and literally using very clear language that Fivet Captial Holding AG OWNS 75% or more of Sanostro through Sanostro Holding AG

In other words, FiveT Capital Holding AG owns its 75% or more of Sonostro through Sonostro Holding AG. That's what makes FiveT Capital Holding AG an *indirect owner*; they own it through another entity, and thus it's by definition indirect ownership. That's what indirect ownership literally and exactly means.

Oy vey. I won't argue this. It's just a simple fact.

Fivet Capital Holding AG also purchased the $QUTR control bloc btw.
