The Present Tense TRUE Current Parent Corp., WMIH-Corp., trading under symbol "COOP" ... is simply SEC reporting through its subsidiary (the)*Mr Cooper Group which actually uses another sub', "LLC", as its operational sub. (a detail I have never released before) ... WMI, reorganized into WMIH, is alive and functioning' ... for obvious reasons there is an active effort to diminish many of these detail's ... and proffer that "COOP" is all that there is' ... that is 100% NOT TRUE' ...

As In All things of great value there are many reasons, ... the simplest that I'm able to present is the IRS 382(g) Change of Ownership' rulings ... the Reorganized WMI, into our current Parent Corp., WMIH-Corp is not able to even' consider a "Change of Ownership" up to and at least until the FDIC completes the Receivership, and removes WMI's seized bank, WMB from the consolidated taxation group' ...

For the DETAILED Researcher ?, ... it was NationStar that recorded an Ownership Change, (well ahead of the actual vote') as NationStar was being "ACQUIRED" by WMIH, ... again, the present tense Parent Corporation, ... using a subsidiary, (the)*Mr Cooper Group as its SEC "Registrant" ...
