Having lawsuits against GNUS should not stop Samsung from signing a deal with GNUS. Innocent until proven guilty. And, Samsung likes money as much as any other company.
I don't see the Samsung deal as a big deal for GNUS. First, it likely means that GNUS will have to share ad revenue with Samsung.
Second, GNUS's content is for kids, generating low amounts of ad revenue, more-so, because the CEO has said GNUS intends to run less ads than are allowable.
Third, GNUS's content (Kartoon Channel) is already available by computer browser,iOS mobile devices, and Android OS mobile devices, the addition of TV's doesn't add much to the mix, unless you want to take up the big screen at home for toddler entertainment.
I think if fraud, especially at GNUS, is proven, Samsung will eventually pull out of the deal or let it run it's course without renewal.
