Oh, I know Etrade has a bunch of otc's restricted to only call in trades too. Total bs that an "ONLINE BROKER" can stop you from trading online! I end up not trading them if it requires a call. If you have to sell them, you have to first make the call, connect to a broker, and then go through the interrogation of "what is your, name"?, "what are the last four digits of your ss#"?, "can you please confirm your address"?, "what is your date of birth", yada, yada - meanwhile the damn thing could be downticking a few times before they finish.
