The AHEC has reached an agreement with the Debtors regarding the motion to appoint an official committee, which agreement is reflected in the Stipulation and Agreed Order (dkt 1496) recently submitted to the Bankruptcy Court. Because the stipulation does not necessarily resolve the objections of other parties in interest, the AHEC will not further comment until the Court approves the Stipulation and Agreed Order.
