Now we have come full circle. The filing suggests they “own”.

But once again, the USPTO database says they do not.

That’s the problem.

And even Dennis’ own words at the time he wrote that tweet suggested they had not yet “purchased” the patent...despite the language in the disclosure that said they had.

The disclosure document is thus problematic...and assuming a disclosure from a stinkie pinkie is “truthful” can be a mistake.
