Totally agree - saves me responding. Foolish and seldom done by small emerging companies - share buy backs....need $$ to expend....PCT perfect example....the PCT hospital systems that get "sold" are monthly leases and it takes front end capital to build/deliver/etc. so until you have a local banker funding every deal up front on the cheap they need to use the money wisely. Too much toxic debt being cleaned up already.
