Cuppy the only reason equity got anything in AMR was because it was included in the POR - AMR pilots had their retirement in AMR stock, and they would have walked off the job otherwise. Difference situation in JCP, where checkout clerks and shelf stockers can be laid off and sent straight to the breadline, and their retirements vanish without any effect on company operations.
