conix, As blackhawks, i see it more like an education/discussion program. His link certainly gave more insight into the program than yours did.

I guess you would see most any program in any school focused on looking at any particular problem, such as racism, as an indoctrination program.

Years ago i wrote a Personal Development program for Year 8 boys, in which which included sex education. You may have seen that as an indoctrination exercise too.
