Here is my OPINION and PERSONAL prediction going forward with PACV.

Firstly-- Thank you and have a good weekend as well!

I may have been referring to that persons comment by meaning I would be done predicting what will happen with this stock.

Even after reaching out to every person associated with PACV that I could find and of course mother loads of DD.. I am 50/50 on the outcome here at this point.

Everything I mention below is speculation and opinion, mostly..

#1 - Company updates
I believe the reason why we have only seen balance sheet updates the past several months and most of this year was to help with the process of finding a new lender and/or big investors.

#2 - TCA and debt
Lets be honest, nearly every company on the planet starts out in debt and negative cash flow. The PACV structure has been slapped around so much over the course of like 20 years (was different name a few years ago) its hard to tell when Shannon and the current board took over and converted the core.

I am actually not sure why anyone would be concerned at all with TCA or bankruptcy. PACV is functioning the same with or without TCA getting in trouble. If you look at who has ties to the PACV board members, I am sure they can leverage down a deal with the TCA receiver.

It would not make sense to me for them to be flashing rapid growth and revenues, no public offerings or dilution, and then surrender their assets for not being able to pay 10k a month to TCA... (or even 75k the original debt)

If that were the case, they would pump this up every few weeks to sell some shares to pay that.

#3 - The share price
For those who added above $1 are either gone or panicking. From what I see, a few thousand dollars can move this stock either direction very quick. Like today, someone with a couple hundred bucks could have brought the quote from .69 to .95 in a second and it would have stayed cause literally zero volume. Thats over 25% portfolio gain from a single tick with spare change..

If massive volume was getting poured into the stock at these prices, I would be VERY concerned. L2 shows this could have been sent over $2 with a few thousand $$

#4 - Stephen Hart
Seems to be a nice guy, but not so much as IR. What concerns me after looking closer, he has been tied up in multiple sketchy deals in the past. It also appears he was in 2019 and currently still is barred by FINRA

I also struggle to find much information on strat-con advisory group, who he used to associate with for the past year until recent.
I am having a difficult time finding ANY information on a NYC team for clearthink.capital or how Stephen is associated with them..

I could be missing something about PACV and their IR contact / Stephen Hart, but that is honestly about my only concern with the company at the moment.

Blah blah blah, right? Long story long.. I believe there is a reason for all that is happening.. and not happening.. here at PACV. Some really good refreshing news on the company would put some minds at peace and bring in that large pool of investors whom are at the edge of their seats over this stock.
